Nurturing Support, Every Step

About me

Hi, I’m Molly! I feel incredibly grateful to have grown up surrounded by family, community, and meaningful experiences that have shaped who I am today.

I come from a large family filled with siblings, nephews, cousins, and second cousins. Growing up in a big family naturally gave me many opportunities to care for and connect with children. I have always been the person at family gatherings holding someone’s little one, and my family often jokes that I have a “magic touch” when it comes to calming babies and children.

My experience caring for infants has extended beyond my family and friends. Through my work in a hospital setting, I have had the opportunity to be around families during important and sometimes vulnerable moments. These experiences have strengthened my desire to support parents and families as they navigate the transition into parenthood.

Becoming a doula feels like a natural extension of who I am. While I have not yet experienced pregnancy and parenthood myself, I understand the importance of having someone beside you who is calm, compassionate, attentive, and willing to listen truly. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, respected, and confident throughout their journey.

As your doula, my goal is to provide a steady and caring presence while helping you feel heard and supported. Whether you need someone to listen, reassurance during an uncertain moment, or simply a calm hand to hold, I want you to know that you do not have to navigate this transition alone.

It would be an honor to support you and your family during such a meaningful chapter of your lives.

Postpartum support

My experience working in the hospital on a postpartum unit has given me firsthand insight into both the joys and challenges that come with postpartum recovery and the early days of parenthood. I have seen how meaningful it can be for new parents to have someone beside them who provides encouragement, reassurance, and compassionate support during such a significant transition.

Through this experience, I have learned how important it is to meet each family where they are and provide support in ways that are both practical and personal. From offering a steady hand as a new parent takes those first steps after delivery, to helping with those first diaper changes and feedings, I understand that even the simplest moments can feel overwhelming when everything is new.

I strive to be a calm and reassuring presence for families as they adjust to life with their newborn. Whether that means listening without judgment, providing education and encouragement, offering hands-on support, or simply reminding a new parent that they are doing a wonderful job, my goal is to help families feel confident, cared for, and supported throughout their postpartum journey.

Birth support

As your doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your birth. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you navigate each stage of labor.

I begin by creating a relationship with you during pregnancy—learning about your hopes, preferences, concerns, and vision for your birth. When labor begins, I’m there to offer steady, compassionate support from the early stages through birth and into the immediate postpartum period.

I do not make medical decisions or replace your healthcare provider. Instead, I offer nonjudgmental support, evidence-based information, and encouragement so you can make informed choices that feel right for you.

My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, empowered, and cared for throughout your birth experience—whatever your birth ultimately looks like.

I  believe that every birth is a unique journey of strength and resilience. My philosophy is rooted in helping families during childbirth and the postpartum period with confidence. Being there to support you through the transition and advocate for you the whole way. It would be an honor to be there for you, whether during birth or postpartum.
